1 Shortbread ready made crust
1-8oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup whipped cream
Mix cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar. Fold in sour cream and whipped cream. Pour into pie shell. Chill for 4 hours. Top as desired.
