A big thanks to Gina Duncan for this. She makes AMAZING cake pops. I love them and this is the best cake to use. I will get some photos up of some that I have made. Yummy and cute.
Chocolate Wacky Cake
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
6 tablespoons cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilila extract
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2/3 cups cooking or salad oil
2 cups cold water
In a large bowl sift the dry ingredients together. Make three holes; pour the vanilla in the
first, vinegar in the second, and the oil in the third. Pour the cold water over the mixture and mix
until no longer lumpy. Pour into a
greased 9x11 cake pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until done.
Cake Pops

1. Bake a
cake and cool completely.
2. Crumble cake into a fine consistency into a
large bowl.
3. Add 1 can cream cheese frosting. Mix together using the back of a spoon.

Roll mixture into 1.25"-1.5" balls and
place on a cookie sheet.

Freeze for several hours. This makes dipping easier.
6.
Melt chocolate or candy melts.
7.
Using a lollipop stick, stick in the ball and
then dip in the chocolate. and then
decorate with sprinkles or other toppings.
8.
Stick in Styrofoam or stand upside down on wax paper to harden.
